Wednesday, May 04, 2011 Tru-WoW Rollback: Item Retrieval Process

Hi, dear members of Innkeepers and whomever else this might concern.

On May 04 a major setback has occured when the Development Staff of Tru-WoW was attempting to apply a server patch to fix some of the ongoing issues currently effecting our server, due to this they were forced to rollback the server to the state that it was in a week ago. Now don't loose your hope, if your one of those unfortunate ones who lost their gear or a donation you've made during this process, there is a way to get them back which is now offered by the Staff of Tru-WoW and is their number one priority. I will desribe below the process of retrieving your gear, donations and the restrictions that will apply.

What are you able to retrieve:

• PvE Gear.
  
• Donations.

What you are not able to retrieve:

• PvP Gear.
  
• Arena Points.
  
• Honor Points.
  
• Reputation Points.
  
• Experience Points.

To retrieve your PvE gear you must post a reply in Official Retrieval Thread providing the following information:

• Character Name.
  
• Screenshot of the item being equiped or in your bag slots, must have a hover tab containing its name as allot of the items share the same icon.
  
• If a screnshot is not present, go to Landonkryger, enter your Character Name, pick the correct Character from the list and examine the Wearing Now and Has Worn item lists for the item that you'r missing, if the item is not there continue reading.
  
• If you do not have a screenshot and your item is not on Landonkryger page, just post the items you are missing and hope for the best, don't forget to include your Characters Name.

To retrieve a Donation you've made:

• Logon ingame, make a ticket describing the donation you've made and the reward you should obtain.

Note: The screenshots are compared to the Database to confirm their legitamacy, if there is any reason to believe your screenshot is fake, proper punishment will be served.
Note: You must be online while the Staff Members are handling the retrieval of your items or donations to be able to obtain it, or you are put on hold up to the point when your online.

For those upset regarding the unretrievable objects, starting from May 06 you will gain Double Honor and Double Experience which will be going on for entire week. Also there is a rumour going around that the Tru-WoW Staff might be doing a double arena flush this upcoming weekend, however this is not confirmed yet.
